Noureen deWulf is a New Yorker who was born in the month of February 1984. Her entire life she showed a amount of enthusiasm for becoming an actor professionally. The foundations of her career when she enrolled at Boston University's School of the Arts. Her career started after she graduated. Then she began auditioning for various roles. She was given a major role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in other festival screenings around the world following its debut at the Sundance Film Festival 2005. The film won in 2007 when it received the Oscar to be the Best Live Action Short Film. It was a stepping stone for Noureen to be successful in the future.
